All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client, subject to the prevailing law of the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Website Ownership, Access, and Portability (The Cyberwrath Promise)
Unlike traditional restrictive agencies, we operate on a transparent, “Day 1 Ownership” model.

• 100% Ownership: Upon payment of your Initial Setup Fee and the launch of your website, you own 100% of your domain, website content, images, and design.

• Management & Access: To ensure lightning-fast performance and security, we fully manage the server, cloud infrastructure, and technical updates for you as part of your Monthly Management fee. However, you are never locked out of your own business. You will be provided with full administrative access upon request.

• Zero Exit Fees: There are no permanent lock-ins or hostage clauses. If you wish to cancel your monthly management subscription and migrate your fully built website to another hosting provider, you may do so at any time with zero penalty or exit fees, provided your account balance is in good standing.

2. Billing, Cancellations, and Account Suspensions
Our Website-as-a-Service operates on a one-time setup fee followed by a recurring monthly subscription.

• Missed Payments: If a monthly payment fails, you will be given a 30-day grace period to update your billing information.

• Account Suspension: If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, your website will be temporarily suspended (put on hold) for a maximum of 90 days.

• Account Termination: If the account remains unsettled after the 90-day suspension period, the service will be permanently terminated, and all website files, databases, and backups will be permanently deleted from our servers.

3. Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Cyberwrath, you agree to use cookies in agreement with our Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Our website uses cookies to enable the functionality of certain areas and make it easier for people to visit our website.

4. License & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Cyberwrath and its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Cyberwrath corporate website (excluding client websites built by us, which are owned by the respective clients as stated in Section 1). All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Cyberwrath for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Cyberwrath corporate website.
